Your satisfaction matters. Here's how we handle returns:

14-day right of withdrawal

EU consumer law gives you 14 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked. Just email us and return the unopened box.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with a photo — we'll send a replacement free.

Hygiene policy

For health and safety reasons, opened boxes cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

1. Email hello@dorenacollagen.eu with your order number
2. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours
3. Ship the unopened box back
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving
